Ingredients


  • 1 lb of Fine Semolina Rimacinata

  • 9 ounces Spring or Purified Water (room temperature)


Directions:


1. Put a small pile of semolina on a wooden cutting board or wooden board


2. Remove some semolina from the center of the small pile and add little water to the hole


3. Continue adding in more semolina and water the same way until all has been fully mixed together and you have kneaded a firm ball of dough (keep kneading until the dough is smooth)


4. Wrap the dough with a wet cloth so the dough does not dry out and let it sit for 30 minutes


5. Make the cuts of pasta as you wish


6. Let desired pasta dry


7. Boil until the pasta is the desired consistency that you like
