Semolina Bread

Ingredients
4 lbs Fine Semolina Flour
4 Cups Water (room temperature)
1 ounce Active Dry Yeast
6 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Salt
Directions:
1. Dissolve the yeast and salt in water
2. On a wooden cutting board or wooden board, add water that includes the dissolved yeast and salt to the center of a pile of the semolina flour
3. Add oil to the water and gradually mix the water with the flour until fully absorbed and combined
4. Knead the dough until it is fully firm (if the dough is not firm and has too much moisture, add more flour)
5. Shape dough into desired bread form
6. Add flour to baking sheet or use parchment paper, cover the bread with a cloth and place in a warm area to rise for 1 hour
7. Preheat oven to 400°F
8. Bake for 45 minutes (if smaller forms of bread, bake for less time)
9. Remove from oven when golden brown
