For the Caffe Espresso:
Italian Stove Top Caffe Espresso Maker
Espresso Grounds
Water (Purified or Spring Water for Best Taste)
Milk, Cream, and/or Sugar as Desired
Directions:
1. Unscrew and disassemble the entire espresso maker into three parts (top that holds the coffee, middle filter that holds the espresso grounds, bottom that holds the water)
2. Add water to below line of steam valve within the bottom tier of the espresso maker
3. Place the middle tier within the bottom tier of the espresso maker and pack in espresso grounds into the filter
4. Screw on the top tier and tighten top and bottom of espresso maker together
5. Boil medium-low on a gas or electric stove top (NOT on induction stoves)
6. The Caffe Espresso maker will start to boil and "whistle", you will see the espresso start to come through the top of the machine (make sure the lid is closed so the espresso does not come out of the machine), once the top tier is close to being full, remove from the heat
7. Serve in a 4 ounce cup either black or with milk, cream, and/or sugar as desired
